Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • have six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating others
  • have six months of customer interaction experience

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers for six months
  • experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
  • knowledge of retail environments

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts and act as a role model to team members
  • motivate and support baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • ensure adherence to store safety, security, and cash handling policies
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees
  • maintain a positive and energetic team environment
