Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- comply with store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, cash handling, and safety
- at least six months of experience interacting with customers
- able to prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- at least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
