Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate the shift team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage store operations including cash handling, safety, and security
  • coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • delegate tasks to employees and coordinate their work effectively
  • maintain quality control and store operating standards
  • create a welcoming environment for customers and team members
  • resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
