Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety procedures
- Six months experience interacting with customers
- Six months experience supervising or coordinating employees
- Ability to prepare food and beverages according to recipe standards
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of the retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead store operations during shifts
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Delegate tasks to and coordinate the work of team members
- Ensure quality customer service and engagement
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Assist in staff development and training
