Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety procedures
  • Six months experience interacting with customers
  • Six months experience supervising or coordinating employees
  • Ability to prepare food and beverages according to recipe standards

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations during shifts
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Delegate tasks to and coordinate the work of team members
  • Ensure quality customer service and engagement
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Assist in staff development and training
