Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- six months of experience in customer-facing role
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating at least two employees

Job Duties
- lead and direct the work of the team during assigned shifts
- ensure quality preparation of beverages and food according to standard and customized recipes
- coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- maintain store operating policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- provide exceptional customer service and handle customer requests
- coach and develop team members to enhance their skills
- manage store environment to create a welcoming community space
