Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • experience with customer interaction and fulfilling requests
  • experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

  • six months of experience in a customer-facing position
  • six months of experience managing or delegating tasks to employees
  • ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties

  • lead and direct team members during shifts
  • coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • manage cash handling and store security
  • maintain a welcoming and efficient store environment
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities of employees
  • support customer satisfaction and store operations
