Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months of customer-facing experience
  • at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
  • prepare beverages and food according to recipes and customer customization
  • demonstrate leadership ability in guiding others

Job Duties

  • lead each shift and act as a role model for store operations standards
  • work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and products
  • maintain an encouraging and energetic team environment
  • guide and motivate team members
  • manage cash handling and store safety responsibilities
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized requests
  • ensure compliance with store policies and safety standards
