Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Six months of customer service experience
- Experience preparing and coaching preparation of food and beverages
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees

Job Duties
- Lead the team during assigned shifts and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Maintain store safety and security standards
- Provide outstanding customer service while fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Coach and develop team members to support their growth
- Adhere to store operating policies and procedures
