Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and direct shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Coach and prepare team members in beverage and food preparation to meet quality standards
- Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate workflow among two or more employees
- Maintain store safety and security protocols
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Foster a welcoming environment that connects with customers and the community
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies and procedures
