Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standards or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
  • coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
  • provide quality customer service and fulfill customer requests
  • handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
  • maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • foster a welcoming and team-oriented store environment
