Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of store partners to provide excellent customer service
- Oversee the preparation and coaching of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the efforts of two or more employees
- Maintain adherence to store operating policies and quality standards
- Foster a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships among partners and customers
- Ensure flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
