Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet Starbucks store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- at least six months experience in customer interaction roles
- at least six months experience delegating tasks to others
- prepare and coach food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- excellent communication skills

- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment of at least one year
- experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests

Job Duties
- lead each shift and manage daily store operations
- work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
- ensure the preparation of food and beverages meets Starbucks standards
- maintain store safety and security, including cash handling
- coach and motivate team members to achieve store goals
- uphold store cleanliness and operational standards
- foster an encouraging and positive team environment
