Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
