Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to recipes
  • Experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer service role
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations during shifts to ensure excellent customer service
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver quality beverages and food
  • Delegate tasks to partners effectively and coordinate team activities
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash management
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Support partner growth through training and development opportunities
