Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
  • comply with store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and safety
  • six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
  • six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment of at least one year
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • lead each shift and act as a role model for store operations standards
  • work alongside a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products
  • maintain an encouraging and motivating team environment
  • ensure cash handling and store safety procedures are followed
  • coach and prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • handle tasks delegation and coordinate activities among employees
