Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
- comply with store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and safety
- six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
- six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment of at least one year
- ability to direct the work of others
- effective oral communication skills
- knowledge of the retail environment
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- lead each shift and act as a role model for store operations standards
- work alongside a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products
- maintain an encouraging and motivating team environment
- ensure cash handling and store safety procedures are followed
- coach and prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- communicate effectively with team members and customers
- handle tasks delegation and coordinate activities among employees
