Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • At least six months of experience regularly interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe modifications
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to direct and motivate others

Job Duties

  • Lead store operations during shifts to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Guide and motivate baristas to deliver superior customer service
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes
  • Handle cash operations and maintain store safety and security
  • Maintain an encouraging and team-oriented work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Manage shift tasks including delegating responsibilities and coordinating team efforts
