Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the daily activities of store team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality and presentation
  • Coach and prepare team members to follow recipes and customize orders as required
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling, store safety and security policies
  • Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate workflow for two or more employees
  • Foster a welcoming, team-oriented environment that supports Starbucks culture and customer engagement
  • Manage flexible work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
