Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety
  • Minimum six months experience interacting with customers
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standards
  • Minimum six months experience in delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees

  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of retail operations and store safety standards
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Capacity to build positive relationships with team members and customers

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities during shifts
  • Prepare and coach team members in making quality beverages and food items according to standard recipes or customized customer requests
  • Maintain store safety, cash handling procedures, and operating policies with consistent quality
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages customer connection and community engagement
  • Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and team-building activities
  • Monitor store performance metrics and assist in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
