Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Ability to provide quality food and beverage preparation
  • Experience in cash handling and ensuring store safety and security
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Experience in delegating and coordinating team tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth shift management
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages to Starbucks standards
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer requests
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
  • Ensure consistent punctuality and flexibility with work hours
