Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Ability to provide quality food and beverage preparation
- Experience in cash handling and ensuring store safety and security
- Experience in customer service roles
- Experience in delegating and coordinating team tasks
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with customers
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth shift management
- Coach and prepare food and beverages to Starbucks standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities
- Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer requests
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
- Ensure consistent punctuality and flexibility with work hours
