Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction

Job Duties

  • Coach partners on beverage and food preparation to meet quality standards
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among employees
  • Maintain store operating policies including cash handling and safety procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support team development and engagement
