Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation

  • Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
  • Experience delegating tasks to at least two employees

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct shift operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
  • Ensure quality beverage and food preparation following standard and customized recipes
  • Coach and develop team members through training and feedback
  • Manage cash handling procedures and store safety protocols
  • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain operational efficiency
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
