Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages

Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for multiple employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead shifts and manage daily store operations
- Coach and mentor partners to ensure quality beverage and food preparation
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards
- Handle cash management and transaction accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team workflow
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
