Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction
  • Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Minimum six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

  • Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Uphold Starbucks store policies and quality standards
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork among staff
