Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months experience in a customer service role
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to recipes or customer modifications
- At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks involving two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead the store team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members to maintain efficiency
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies including cash handling and safety procedures
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
