Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • coach and prepare employees in food and beverage preparation according to standards
  • delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work activities
  • maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • uphold store operating policies and customer service standards
  • foster a welcoming and collaborative environment for both partners and customers
