Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- six months of experience in customer interaction roles
- able to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standard or customized recipes
- minimum six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- lead and oversee shift operations in the coffeehouse
- delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- ensure consistent preparation of beverages and food according to Starbucks standards
- maintain store safety and security protocols
- provide coaching and development to baristas and other partners
- handle cash management and sales transactions accurately
- create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and employees
