Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety
  • experience in customer-facing roles for at least six months
  • experience in delegating or coordinating tasks involving two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • minimum six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
  • at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
  • strong interpersonal and effective oral communication skills
  • ability to direct and lead work of others
  • ability to learn quickly
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Duties

  • lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth store operations
  • prepare and coach staff on food and beverage preparation according to standard and customized recipes
  • oversee cash handling processes ensuring accuracy and security
  • maintain store safety by complying with all operational policies
  • foster a welcoming environment for customers and staff
  • delegate tasks efficiently to team members and coordinate their efforts
  • resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
