Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store team during shifts
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes
  • ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
  • maintain store operating policies including safety, security, and cash handling
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities among employees
  • support store performance and team collaboration
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
