Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store team during shifts
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes
- ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
- maintain store operating policies including safety, security, and cash handling
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities among employees
- support store performance and team collaboration
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
