Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- lead the store team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service

- support the development and training of new partners
- manage inventory and supplies during shifts
- address customer concerns promptly and professionally
