Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months experience delegating tasks and or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties

  • lead the store team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
  • maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety protocols
  • delegate tasks to team members and coordinate their work
  • support the development and training of new partners
  • manage inventory and supplies during shifts
  • address customer concerns promptly and professionally
