Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, safety, and quality beverages and food preparation
  • six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • ability to stay calm and confident in a fast-paced energetic environment

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead each shift by managing store operations and team dynamics
