Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate the work of others
- Six months of customer service experience
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating team activities involving two or more employees
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead shifts and direct the work of team members
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure quality customer service and adherence to Starbucks operating policies
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Monitor store performance and support continuous improvement efforts
