Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate the work of others
  • Six months of customer service experience

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating team activities involving two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts and direct the work of team members
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure quality customer service and adherence to Starbucks operating policies
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Monitor store performance and support continuous improvement efforts
