Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months experience in customer-facing roles
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties

  • lead and coach the team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service

  • delegate tasks and coordinate the work of team members effectively
  • maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards
  • create a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
