Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Six months experience interacting with customers
  • Ability to coach food and beverage preparation
  • Six months experience delegating or coordinating employee tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least six months experience in delegating tasks or supervising two or more employees
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate shifts to ensure smooth store operations
  • Coach and mentor partners to deliver excellent customer service
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized orders
  • Manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
  • Maintain compliance with Starbucks operating policies and quality standards
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
