Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Six months experience interacting with customers
- Ability to coach food and beverage preparation
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating employee tasks
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience in a customer-facing role
- At least six months experience in delegating tasks or supervising two or more employees
- Strong oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate shifts to ensure smooth store operations
- Coach and mentor partners to deliver excellent customer service
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized orders
- Manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
- Maintain compliance with Starbucks operating policies and quality standards
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
