Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
  • Experience preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including modifications
  • Six months experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction
  • Six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team activities
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of shift team members to ensure high-quality customer service and product standards
  • Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, safety, and security
  • Coach and prepare the team to make food and beverages according to standardized or customized recipes
  • Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate activities of two or more employees to maximize efficiency
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ensure adherence to store policies and operating standards
