Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
  • Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
  • Ability to coach others in food and beverage preparation
  • Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience in delegating or coordinating team tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of retail operations
  • Ability to build and maintain effective team relationships
  • Effective oral communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and support shift team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee the preparation of beverages and food to ensure quality and consistency
  • Manage store operations including cash handling and safety protocols
  • Coach and develop partners through feedback and training
  • Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities among team members
  • Maintain a welcoming environment that fosters connection and community
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and operational standards
