Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- Six months of experience in customer service roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
