Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Adherence to store operating policies including quality control, cash handling, and safety with or without accommodations
- Experience in customer-facing roles for at least six months
- Experience in delegating or coordinating tasks for at least two employees

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the store team during shifts to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain quality control for beverages and food products according to standard recipes and customer customization
- Manage cash handling processes and store safety and security measures
- Coach and prepare team members in the preparation of food and beverages
- Delegate tasks to employees and coordinate team efforts effectively
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for customers and team members
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards
