Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of customer-facing experience
  • Six months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks for two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and direct the work of others
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations and coordinate team activities
  • Coach and develop team members in customer service and beverage preparation
  • Ensure quality food and beverage standards are met
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain store security protocols
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
  • Manage inventory and store cleanliness
  • Address customer concerns and maintain satisfaction
