Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- At least six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating activities of two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
