Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Six months experience in customer service interacting with customers

  • Knowledge of retail operations and store procedures

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach store employees to maintain high-quality service and beverage standards
  • Ensure store compliance with operational policies including cash handling and safety protocols
  • Manage store operations during assigned shifts including opening, closing, and inventory management
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages following standard recipes or customer customization
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that enhances customer experience
  • Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate teamwork to achieve operational efficiency
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
