Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and coach store employees to maintain high-quality service and beverage standards
- Ensure store compliance with operational policies including cash handling and safety protocols
- Manage store operations during assigned shifts including opening, closing, and inventory management
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages following standard recipes or customer customization
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that enhances customer experience
- Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate teamwork to achieve operational efficiency
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
