Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts and model store operation standards
  • Supervise and motivate a team of baristas
  • Ensure delivery of quality customer service and expertly crafted beverages
  • Handle cash management and maintain store safety
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities
  • Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
