Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of customer service experience
- Six months of experience in task delegation and team coordination
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with customers
- Six months of experience delegating tasks and supervising employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead store operations during shifts including cash handling and safety compliance
- Prepare and coach partners on food and beverage preparation standards
- Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate daily workflow
- Foster a welcoming store environment that promotes customer connection
- Ensure adherence to store policies and quality assurance
- Communicate effectively with partners and customers to resolve issues
- Support and develop partners through training and feedback
