Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Lead and coordinate the work of store employees during shifts
- Ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to recipes and customer specifications
- Manage cash handling and adherence to store safety and security policies
- Coach and develop team members to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Oversee daily store operations to meet company standards
