Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operational policies and standards including safety and cash handling
  • Six months of relevant customer service experience
  • Six months of experience managing or coordinating employees
  • Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customers' requests
  • Experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain store operations including cash handling and safety protocols
  • Prepare and oversee food and beverage quality according to established recipes
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to staff effectively
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and health standards
  • Foster a welcoming environment and build strong relationships with customers
  • Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly
