Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, safety, and security
- possess six months of customer service experience
- capable of coaching team members in food and beverage preparation

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the store during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operation
- coach partners in food and beverage preparation following Starbucks recipes

- maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- uphold Starbucks quality standards for beverages and food products
