Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, safety, and security
  • possess six months of customer service experience
  • capable of coaching team members in food and beverage preparation
  • experience delegating or coordinating tasks among two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the store during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operation
  • coach partners in food and beverage preparation following Starbucks recipes
  • delegate tasks and coordinate team activities to optimize performance
  • maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • uphold Starbucks quality standards for beverages and food products
  • foster a welcoming environment that promotes team collaboration and positive customer experiences
