Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standards or customized requests
- At least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proven ability to build relationships and motivate others
- Experience with cash handling and store safety protocols
Job Duties
- Lead each store shift and guide team members
- Deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products
- Maintain store operations including cash handling and safety
- Act as a role model and motivate the team
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Manage and delegate tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain a calm and positive work environment in a fast-paced setting
