Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store team during shifts to ensure operational excellence
- manage cash handling and store safety procedures
- prepare and coach team members in beverage and food preparation according to standard and customized recipes
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
- maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- provide high-quality customer service fostering a welcoming environment
- ensure compliance with store policies and health and safety standards
