Job Requirements
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
- comply with store policies on quality, safety and cash handling
- six months experience in a customer-facing role
- six months experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts
- ability to prepare beverages and food to standard or customized recipes
- able to keep calm in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- effective oral communication skills
- ability to lead, motivate and guide a team
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- knowledge of retail environment and store operations
- ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Job Duties
- lead store operations during shifts
- manage and coach baristas to deliver quality products and service
- maintain store safety and cash handling procedures
- create a positive and motivating team environment
- ensure compliance with Starbucks standards and policies
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- promote and implement new beverage recipes and store initiatives
