Job Requirements

  • maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
  • comply with store policies on quality, safety and cash handling
  • six months experience in a customer-facing role
  • six months experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts
  • ability to prepare beverages and food to standard or customized recipes
  • able to keep calm in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to lead, motivate and guide a team
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • knowledge of retail environment and store operations
  • ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

Job Duties

  • lead store operations during shifts
  • manage and coach baristas to deliver quality products and service
  • maintain store safety and cash handling procedures
  • create a positive and motivating team environment
  • ensure compliance with Starbucks standards and policies
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • promote and implement new beverage recipes and store initiatives
