Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Have six months of experience in a customer-interaction role
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Have six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment of at least one year
- Experience with cash handling and store safety procedures
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment and operational standards
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience coordinating and delegating tasks to multiple employees
Job Duties
- Lead store shifts by supervising baristas and ensuring smooth operations
- Deliver high-quality customer service and expertly crafted beverages
- Maintain store safety and security, including cash handling
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities during shifts
- Coach and train partners on food and beverage preparation to standard recipes
- Maintain an encouraging and motivating team environment
- Handle customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
