Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
  • at least six months experience in customer interaction and task delegation

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
  • six months of experience delegating tasks to and coordinating the work of two or more employees
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work as part of a team and build relationships

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate team members during shifts
  • ensure quality preparation of beverages and food products according to standard recipes
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
  • maintain store safety, security, and cash handling protocols
  • provide coaching and developmental support to staff
  • manage customer interactions to deliver exceptional service
  • uphold operational policies and store standards
